Case #1 for #Cambodia

A person nickname munkEY---LqANDLa is ~sokhoin@203.223.46.x365c * reasmey private complain me (smallboy) about operator in #Cambodia being mad and not reasonable, he also threatening of black mail us or do everything in his power to jeopardy #Cambodia and uIRC Network .

To clear this case we decided to post this log of what really happen in that moment, the BOLD part is the important part, the red letter is our explaination.
User are welcome to complain any #Cambodia or server operators abused and we will resolved this problem in the public.
